Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Rooms are refundable up to 72-hours in advance of the event date.

The JW Marriott is approximately 10-minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 35-minutes from Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 1 hour from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). The JW Marriott provides valet parking Valet Parking at $72 +tax per night.

Oversize vehicles park for $82 +tax (Max Height 76"). Late Departure Charges are $65 +tax at 4 p.m. +18% DC Tax.
